Hi, I'm Kelly Butler
I am a former Headteacher with over 26 years of experience in the primary phase. My work spans a broad range of school and setting improvement areas, including school development, Headteacher support, early years consultancy, and whole-school training.
As an expert in Early Years, I also offer a range of bespoke training packages tailored to your EYFS team, designed to meet the specific needs of your setting. Alongside this, I deliver nationwide EYFS training across local authorities and multi-academy trusts.
As an ILM-accredited Executive Leadership Coach, I support leaders and teams in identifying, realising, and achieving their goals — building confidence and capacity at every level.
Drawing on my experience as a former HMI Inspector and now as an Ofsted Inspector, I lead school reviews and quality assurance visits with a focus on improvement, impact, and integrity.
Driven by a passion for empowering others, I work with schools and early years settings across the country — helping teams grow, lead, and succeed.

Pre-recorded Training
I offer a range of EYFS training and materials, from setting up your provision to specific areas of learning. High quality training can support staff meetings, as well as individual CPD for new staff, ECT’S and leaders.
A little bit about my WHY!
As a former Headteacher, I understand the complexity of leading a school. I understand the need for high quality professional development and support, and how hard it can be to find this. I understand that finding headspace can be extremely hard. I also understand the rewards of the role, the impact you have on the lives of so many children, as well as the impact you have on your colleagues too.
I would like to support you and your setting to be brave and bold, for you to be led by research about how children learn. For this to be the vehicle in which you deliver your curriculum and still maintain strong outcomes. It is truly possible… I’ve done it!
